BOOKINGS

My books are managed on a first in, first served basis so the quicker you are at responding, the more likely you are to get booked in the time you prefer. I will also post on Instagram/Social Media if any openings become available.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations in person aren't necessary anymore for most projects, unless we are working around odd spaces between other tattoos or if there’s a scar.  If there is a case that needs an in person consultation, I will contact you with some options to set up a time to come in and talk.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure them.

***I ONLY TAKE DEPOSITS VIA WEBSITE- www.bobbyearly.com***

FULL / HALF DAY : $150 deposit*

TRAVEL / CONVENTION: $250 deposit*

I always hold the deposit until your last session, and will come off the total price of that day's session. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferable if you need to reschedule, *please remember this deposit when booking an appointment.

RATES

My full day rate/6 hours is $750 and half day/3 hours is $450. There are certain exceptions when sessions can’t be finished. If the session is not completed in the full day (i.e. tap out before the agreed upon session length) and would not require another full 6 hours to finish I’ll charge $150/hour to complete the project.

Also, some pieces (smaller projects like hand / foot tattoos) may also not take the full day and in this circumstance I’ll cut some of the price from the day rate and give you a flat rate...

***These are a case by case scenario***

My rates are increased to $900 (Flat Day Rate) at festivals due to travel costs. If you are booking with me at a convention please specify which city you’re booking for in your form.

CREATIVE FREEDOM

I ask that you give me creative freedom with your ideas, (I.E. snake on my left calf with chrysanthemum). So I can create amazing pieces without limitations and restrictions. I understand there are some things that you may really love to include or leave out, and these are always taken into consideration so if you would like a tattoo from me please include these specifics in your initial inquiry (I.E. I do not prefer X and I would like X) - that’s totally ok! This allows me to expand more and become more creative with each piece so they remain unique to you.

Please send me inspiration photos and a clear straight on picture of the area to be tattooed.

I will place the design elements how they fit best with the contour of the body, this is something I generally won’t compromise on as the layout of the tattoo is vital to the end result looking like the work you expect. I will not place your tattoo upside down or backwards. I puts my all into each design which is time consuming to create so please know that everything about your finished design is intentional.

DESIGNS

It is not unusual for you to not see a design until the day of your appointment. Please be very clear with your design requests to prevent us wasting precious time with re-designs.

LARGE SCALE WORK

I like to start and finish these larger pieces within one year as my style and way of working evolves over time.

COVER UPS / ADD ONS

Not all coverups are possible. I will need to see photos of the proposed piece to cover, so communicate this desire in the initial correspondence.

I prefer to tattoo cover ups with previous laser lightening. This gives me more scope on creating a beautiful piece you actually want rather than being limited.  I do not finish off any other tattooers work.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 48 hour cancellation period. With any cancellations within that 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be withheld and you will need to pay another deposit to re-book your appointment.

Please note that 48 hours is the bare minimum amount of time to cancel. Advanced notice is much appreciated as it is much easier for me to schedule someone else in that time slot.

SUPPORT CREW

Please do not bring more than one person for company. It is important for the both of us to be calm and comfortable for the duration of the tattoo process.

I will do my best to respond to everyone, but please be patient with me. It may take me awhile to sort through requests.

Thank you
